Definitely hostel vibes, with young people hanging about in the lobby. Very safe, with an access controlled front door, as well as all other doors which require a card swipe. Good value for such a central location in Bristol. Room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfy.

I felt completely safe staying solo here, I had a single room with shared bathroom which was absolutely clean, smelled fresh and it was very quiet. The room was simple but clean, my bed was comfy, clean bedding. The shared bathroom was clean, with a very good shower, location great. The rules of the hostel don't let you bring food or alcohol to your room but I cannot see a problem with it. The receptionists were always available and happy to help. On queen's square so right next to everywhere you need for a night out in bristol city. The staff were friendly and we were let in quickly despite arriving at 2-3am. The 5 person room was good and the bunk beds were of a decent quality. The bathroom facilities in the corridor were clean. There was a restaurant, a bar and shared kitchen facilities, which had all the equipment, cutlery and crockery that you might need.
