Right in the heart of the historical centre of Intra, just a stone’s throw away from the lakefront and all local amenities, we find this stunning penthouse on the top floor of a building of the 70s. Light floods into the apartment through an abundance of french windows and thanks to its dominant position, you can enjoy an exclusive view. The apartment has been recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished with high quality and design furniture offering 136 square metres of elegant living space surrounded by a characteristic balcony. The penthouse accommodates a spacious open-plan living / dining room, an elegant kitchen, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a second double bedroom, two bathrooms and a hallway containing a small laundry room, closed by a modern sliding glass door. A private garage located in front of the building is available. The spiral staircase leads to the real "gem" of the apartment: the private rooftop terrace, closed in part by a lovely veranda surrounded by large sliding windows overlooking the lake, the solarium and the barbecue area. Lovely cafès, restaurants, beaches and a charming port all add to the attractiveness of this property.

Walking distance to the center of Intra - the largest market of the Lake Maggiore on Saturday - the Theater and the Cinema but also 3 minutes away from all bars and restaurants- including “ La Casera” a must for aperitif ..great to use e-bikes and less than half an hour from the major attractions like Stresa, the Borromées Island but also Lugano and Milan can be reached in 75 minutes.
