Staff at the desk were lovely and helpful. Drinks in the fridge were reasonably priced, and you were provided with a glass if you wished to relax at a table outside. Room was clean and comfortable. Brilliant shower. An excellent breakfast selection. I would happily stay again when in Berlin.
