Estuvimos en septiembre. Hotel que se ve reformado recientemente o muy bien cuidado. No tiene ascensor. Desayuno muy bueno. El dueño muy amable. En la zona alta del pueblo donde se respira muchisima tranquilidad. Habitacion con terraza y unas vistas increibles. Wifi estupendo. En 10 minutos paseando estas en el supermercado y centro del pueblo (la vuelta es subidita). Santa Cristina de Val gardena es un pueblo más tranquilo que Ortisei y con menos servicios. Muy bien ubicado para explorar Val de Funes y Alpe di siusi.

Es un pequeño hotel en medio de las Montañas en Selva di Val Gardena, llegamos un poco tarde 9:40 pm y nos estaban esperando! y para nuestra sorpresa nos dieron una habitación panorámica! Increíbles vistas, habitación cómoda y preciosa. El desayuno muy completo! Cerca de Funivia Alpe de Siusi, Seceda y a 1 hora de trekking para Odle

Hotel excepcional y ubicación en el corazón de Val Gardena. A destacar el buffet, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, con productos de la zona y de primerísima calidad, apto para todos los paladares. Personal amable y servicial, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda, repetiremos!

A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!

The location is fantastic for exploring the Dolomites. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The beds are really comfortable and everywhere is very clean.

Everything was exceptional! The daily choices of activities- hiking, biking, fitness classes, spa, etc… made the visit fun and interesting. Daily breakfast was delicious as well.

Location and host were fantastic. Room was very clean and comfortable.

1) The HOTEL is beautiful. Very clean, beautiful garden and pools. We were stunned at how lovely the place was, better than pics. Lots of seating in the garden/outdoor bar/pool loungers. Perfect for a warm sunny day. Their spa and heated pool, looked great though we didn't use any. 2) STAFF was very good. Specifically Fabiano/Fabrizio, I suck at names :(, the young man we met every day at the restaurant, and another young lady (again my brain doesn't rem her name), were so charming. Ricardo at reception and the lady we met at check out were both good too. There was one older blonde-haired lady in the restaurant who was a bit rude once but whatever. The young staff was so good. 3) RESTAURANT - Classy place where people dress up a bit for dinner. We didn't. The breakfast was great, with good variety but no eggs made to order or fresh toast (they didn't have a toaster which was a first for me). They do have the packaged rusk/toast thing so I guess it's a cultural thing. A nice variety of bread and scrambled eggs made it up for me. Good fruit too. The dinners were fantastic. They have a set menu with some options. We ate there all 3 nights and loved it. Service again faultless. Do try some of the Sudtirolean wine they have. 4) ROOM - we had the base room and it was a bit cramped and the bath was tight too. It had a lovely balcony towards the back of the hotel, still had a great view of the mountains. I guess go for the next level room if you like a bit of room and it's in your budget. Since we were going to spend most of our day hiking we didn't mind it. Did feel a bit cramped when we got back in the evenings. Overall, it's a beautiful place with excellent service. You will enjoy your stay here as we did. P.S. LOVED the homemade apricot jam they gifted us at checkout! P.P.S. They have free parking.

TODA LA EXCELENCIA EN UN SOLO LUGAR

The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was exceptional. Guest menu for dinner was good value and since we struggled to find somewhere else that was open we ate dinner at the hotel both nights and were happy we did. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools. A lovely surprise was the hotel provided Lukas the walking guide for the day and we had an awesome day with him. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic right in the centre of the valley just a short walk from both big ski areas with lots of ski facilities nearby. I loved the fireplace at the entrance, it made the lobby very warm and welcoming! The staff were lovely, very helpful and the kids loved the pool.

the hotel was very nice. just in the centre of the town. 2 minutes walking. the underground parking was safe and very convenient just underneath the hotel. the room was always clean tidy and hot enough during the cold days. breakfast and dinner stunning. the staff very kind and helpful with everything. its definitely recommended

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere! Wonderfull pool, amazing view, great food, great rooms. We loved everything with This hotel. Very easy to take the bus to nearby cities and gondols. Great seightseing and Walking tips from the staff. A Dream stay - we Will be back. We also rented e-bikes at the hotel.

מלון מושלם!! We had the best week in this hotel, we stayed with 2 small children and they did not want to leave. The surrounding is breathtaking- super close to many attractions. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Outside there is a lot of space for the kids to run and play, they loved the chickens and the rabbits and the outdoor hot tub was a hit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back someday!

Lovely hotel in the most beautiful area. Easy walk to hikes, restaurants and local cafe/bars. Spa was amazing with a great indoor/outdoor pool. Owners and staff were super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Can’t wait to get back here and bring our whole family.
