The whole hotel is super cute and extremely well furnished, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Our JR Suite was spacious and stylish: the mini fridge was stocked with complimentary water (both still and sparkling) and Coca-Cola in glass bottles, on top there was also a Lavazza coffee maker with capsules, freshly baked cookies in a lovely “gift” box, a bottle of red wine with two wine glasses and bruschettas! The included breakfast was awesome, the buffet was full of freshly backed goods (sweet and savory) from their own next door bakery and plenty of plates from the kitchen (the pancakes were delicious!).

We felt very comfortable. As I asked, if the water in the room can be used, the lady said yes but gave me directly there some water, I did not have to walk back to the room. Very attentive. Thanks again. If we come back to Livigno, we would prefer to stay at your hotel again.

Amazingly designed properly with next level views of snow capped mountains. Host were so accommodating and the place was impeccable. A really short walk to town centre where the coffee and food will blow your mind. The walk back up the hill helps burn a few calories after the pizza, pasta and beer! We will be back with my family without a question. Apart from the accommodation I have fallen in love with Bormio. Honestly my favourite part of Italy.

Very nice hotel, with a great and comfortable room. The bathroom specially, is modern and very pretty. The hotel staff is really friendly and available. The hotel was really clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and friendly. We went in the ski season and we were really amazed because they have a ski room where you can leave you ski equipment to dry over night, in the morning you could wear your boots warm. The food was delicious, we had a demi pension booking. At dinner you could choose from the menu ( that is different every day) what you pleased, they had only 2 options for appetizer, main course and dessert from which to choose.

I really can’t find anything bad to say on this hotel, I loved it!
